Terms of Services

Please read the following before placing your order!!!

✦ Full payment is required before I begin your commission. Payment plans are available upon request.✦ Payments are in USD. Payments are made through Wise. (PayPal and I aren’t besties)✦ Please provide clear references and commission details. Missing information may delay your commission.✦ Up to 2 minor and 1 major revisions are included throughout the commission. Additional revisions may incur extra fees. Major changes requested after approval may be declined or charged accordingly.✦ Estimated turnaround is a week–2 month, depending on the complexity of the commission. Delays due to health or personal matters may occur, and you'll be notified if they do.✦ Commissions are for personal use only. Commercial use is not included in the base price and must be discussed and purchased before work begins.✦ Commercial use includes, but is not limited to, merchandise, branding, advertising, games, streaming assets, publications, or any use intended to generate profit or revenue.✦ I retain full copyright and ownership of all commissioned artwork. Purchasing a commission does not transfer copyright or authorship. You may not claim the artwork as your own.✦ I reserve the right to display commissioned artwork in my portfolio, commission sheets, and social media unless otherwise agreed upon before work begins.✦ NFTs, blockchain projects, AI training, AI-generated use, or any dataset collection involving my artwork are strictly prohibited.✦ Refunds: If I'm unable to complete your commission, you will receive a full refund. If no work has been started after 3 months without prior notice, you may request a full refund. Once the sketch has been delivered, refunds are no longer available unless I cancel the commission.✦ Communication will be conducted through Discord, or Email. Progress updates will be provided throughout the commission. Please respond within 7 days if I contact you regarding your commission.✦ You must be 18 years or older to commission R-18 suggestive artwork.
